Greg started working construction at the age of 17 in high school and continued through college. He began Kreider Construction in 1990. The company has seen much success over the years through the simple principles of treating customers with understanding and integrity. Greg is known for having a relationship driven company that builds trust in clients through honesty and excellence.
Kent VanEgdom is the longest running employee at Kreider Construction. Beginning as a carpenter in 2000, Kent has spent years working his way from carpenter to superintendent, to project manager. His ability to supervise has taken him through multiple challenging projects ending in great success.
Lindsey is the Office Manager for Kreider Construction. She grew up in a family business and eventually became the head bookkeeper and office manager. Lindsey brings over 25 years of administrative experience in Office Management and Accounting. She ensures things run smoothly in the office.
Cassaundra was born into the trades. She is the eldest of Greg’s four children and has wonderful memories of growing up working in the shop with her dad. Whether it was building toy horse trailers or later equipment for her real horses, she quickly learned that her dad could build anything.
She began working as an administrative assistant to Lindsey while she was attending college at Western Washington University. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Cassaundra had a better understanding of the importance of family business and decided to work full time in the office under Lindsey’s mentorship.
Julie graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in construction management. Her work background in commercial projects brings a high level of professionalism to our company. She stays busy with her two young children and the family real estate business. Julie and baby Quinn joined the Kreider team in 2018.
Shane grew up in the Pacific Northwest and started working construction at 15. He owned his own company for seven years. Shane has a diverse knowledge in all areas of construction and has a great ability to work with people.
Kyle grew up with the Kreider family, living in the same neighborhood. When he was 6 years old he told Greg he was going to work for him someday. He started at KC when he was 19 and worked his way up from laborer, to carpenter, to Superintendent. Kyle has a wide array of talents that range from finish work to welding.
Paul started as a construction laborer in 1972, summers and after school. He has worked in all phases of residential construction. From concrete form work to custom made cabinets / built-ins and furnishings. Paul served in the Naval Aviation for eight years. Paul is a highly skilled and talented carpenter. He consistently uses his ability to overcome challenging situations.
